The decision was made. Some girls who did not have the chance in 2019 will be in competition. The non-topless girls were dropped. Some fans may not like the re0reun, but it will be the first and last time this happens. So any trolls trying to ruin it for others, do not try.
I have made mistakes int he past, and while I think this is not the best way to proceed, it is fair to the other girls who did not have fans rallying behind them. I underestimated the obsession of some guys, and when I noticed the lengths they can go, I decided to make this decision. I have not changed the 2014, or 2013, or 2020 as I think the rules were allowing fans to abuse. Only one year was to be changed, and it happened to be 2019.
You have to understand that if I would have added Tessa in 2025, even though there would have been no logical reason to do so, her fans and many fans who do not understand the contest, would have still voted for her.
Two wrongs do not make one right, but this is the call I made. now let’s go with the only Qualifying group.

I discovered Julia in 2021, so she deserved to be in this one. She was a big name in Japan, but my knowledge was only centered in Hitomi, Shion and Anri.

Tess Ellen also known as Sam Paige never got the chance to participate in any MBR. So a re0run may become the only time we can appreciate her as part of the elite group. She worked for Cosmid years before 2019, but she was active online as Sam paige, but more popular as Tess Ellen.
