There were 11 spots left. I had a hard time finding girls who I think should be added. I had to expand the criteria. Instead of considering as limit the period of October 2023 to October 2024, I moved it to September 2023 to October 2024. Meaning we have still 2 more months to find suitable candidates, but allowing one month more got us: phoebe_coy_ and demimorris-elianbennie who were overlooked last year.
I was against this idea, but I will give in, one last time. I will run 4 final qualifying groups. I promise these will be the last. I will add new girls, take some that were already qualified. Shiftymine, bignino, YourcuteKote were said to not be looking as portrayed in the photos used int he contest. I can confirm there were some changes, so they will need to beat one more group to qualify.
You will find out about these final 4 groups on Tuesday. Between September and October 27 of the 28 groups will be presented. There will be only 6 spots left. The only girls who could fill in those spots are only comparable with the late debuts in prior years before the end of the selection period like Touki, Gretta Grand or Marissa Munoz. If no 6 girls at that level are found, either one group will be deleted or 6 girls will be handpicked to complete the list.
SarahPlace is a girl who retired in early 2023. However, people are finding out about her. The fact that the Gretta Grands or Laurine or Yonias of the world are scarce, makes me consider her for the qualifying round, even though we know we may never see her again. She is the girl on the featured image of the post.
