Welcome to Miss Boobs Realm 2016
The contest may have 3 stages:
Preliminary round - 3 or 4 groups of 8 girls. 2 advance to first round. Decision made 100% by fans
First Round: based on how many girls are active. Decision made 100% by fans
Semi-Final: Girls are grouped alphabetically. Winner of each group will be determined based on the combination of a)Fans voting and b) Committee voting.
Fans votes will weight 3 votes, whereas the Commitee will be comprised by fans, producers, bloggers and myself. Each of the 12 members vote will weight 1 vote.
The combination of the votes will decide who advances to the final round. The winner will be decided following the voting system of the previous stage.

The list will be growing. 150 girls will be entered, if more girls are selected, the preliminary round will incudle 24-32 girls, If there are more, I will be explaining who would not be making the preliminary round.
