I had to make some adjustments. Was leaving out some girls and decided to add back some girls who got lost in the Qualifying round but have deserved to be in the contest. I also showed you some of the potential new faces of the Boobs Era.  Now this is the final announcement.

Groups

• 47 groups of busty pornstars, models, amateurs. Four girls per group. Top girl in each Group qualifies to second round.
• Fan favorites Mady Gio and Touki are directly qualified to the second round, as it would have been unfair for other contestants to be in their groups in a first round
• The other 3 spots for the second round will be earned by non-topless girls. The top 3 non-topless girls will advance directly to the second round.
• 17 non-topless groups of 4 girls. The final 4 girls will compete in the final round and only 3 will advance to the contest. These Groups will start in mid to late August
• One final qualifying round will take place by the end of August, along with the Non-topless finals.
• The Official 47 groups will start in mid-late October and the finals will be held in December
• There is ONLY ONE REMAINING SPOT. Only Tessa Fowler or Yonia or a one Top Tier newcomer will occupy that spot.
• UPDATE: Holly Daze Coffey has taken that spot. If Tessa or Yonia returns they would have to justify the creation of a new group, this eliminating one spot for the Non-topess girls.
• All groups have been distributed based on alphabetical order.

Rules

Here are some big changes:

• No Committee for Non-topless phase.
• Fan voting decides First and Second Phases.
• Second phase of major contest will include 52 girls in 13 Groups. The 13 winners of these groups will qualify to the semifinals along with other 3 girls chose by the Committee
• Committee will save 3 girls from the second phase
• 16 girls in 4 groups of 4 will compete for the Top 4 spots. The semifinal will be 100% fan voting.
• BIG FINAL. Fan voting is worth 2 points and each of the 4 Committee members votes is 1 point
• In case of draw, fan voting decides the winner.

Note: Qualifying group will include Eva Batista who got a major reduction. She was directly qualified, but has not been demoted to a Qualifying Group. Lolosavo is in the contest as her boobs are H cups despite reduction, while Eva is a C-D cup. Qualifying group: Alexxa Fire, Eva Batista, inocent_student18, Summer Barrymore and YulaLuv.
