Bro, this is all nonsense. Macromastia is if a girl has f-cups or larger on a decently slim frame, it has nothing to do with magical regrowth, which doesn’t exist. Lolosavo got fatter, then she got some boobs back, but only a tiny portion, which is equivalent to her regular size. You can’t regrow your boobs once they’re cut off, the brain doesn’t have a signal to say “oh wait, she cut of 3 cup sizes, let’s regrow them”.
If this were a thing, regular women would diet to lose bodyfat and then magically find a way to get bigger tits. Macromastia isn’t the pertubent growth of breats, it’s a single state of boob size. Any woman on this website has macromastia, if you had a girl with F cups that isn’t fat, you dated a woman with macromastia. Macromastia isn’t some cheat code for eternal growth after a reduction.
