Torbe was arrested on Monday. The “King of Spanish Porn” was taken to jail accused of offering money to a sixteen years-old to have sex on camera. It’s worth nothing that in Spain is ok to do so when the girl are 16 or older; however, it’ s a crime to shoot porn with the those girls. On top of that Torbe was accused of being part of a human trafficking network, which has made things worst. as of this writing Torbe continues in jail and there is no light at the end of the tunnel for now.

I can’t speak for Torbe, but I don’t think he would have been that stupid of offering an underage to shoot porn knowing that it is a crime. I don’t know if the human trafficking thing is related to the fact of bringing models from Eastern Europe to shoot in Spain and it just blew out of proportion. People will make accusations on social media based on the scarce known facts, but I really wish everybody waits until more details are released. It’s widely known that Torbe has heat with many people in the industry and it’s rumored that this whole situation was a set up.
