As posted days ago, due to time constraints the contest in 2021 will only feature 72 girls. The preliminary list has only 47 names; however, some of these could be taken out and others can be added.
Consider the following criteria to make suggestions:
- Girl has to be active between December 2020 and October 2021
- Girl has to have done at least one topless
- For this year IG models are excluded. Regina Rodnova, Maddy Gio, Sannatorr and others who do not pose topless are not eligible
- This is about their current work and current body in 2021. No nostalgia acts.

Number of contestants changed from 72 to 90 (15 groups of 6). Top girl of each group advances to semi-finals ( 3 groups of 5 each) Top girl of each semi-final group advances to the finals.
I understand you all may have some favorites, but it is hard. Yes I get it, for some of you Rachel Raxx looks amazing now and you suggest her to Miss Boobs Realm, … hmm not on my watch.
